''Lock'' narrates the story of four different people and of how fate plays its part in crossing their paths in a single night. Gill is a narrow-minded father who has returned from the UAE and Bhola is an autorickshaw driver who dreams of settling in Dubai with Gill. Harpal is a struggling writer in the Punjab Film Industry and when a motor mechanic comes into the picture, the plot is all set to stage a night that changes all their lives forever.
