Soldier Kelly, a retired Special Forces Marine, and now a suspended police officer, returns home to visit while on suspension only to discover that his family has died in a boating accident. His sister''s body has not been found so he travels up the river to investigate for himself. Enlisting the help of a tough female river-guide, Kelly fights his way to his sister''s holding place using intricate booby-traps, firearms, and hand-to-hand combat skills. The hunt for his sister culminates in Kelly meeting out brutal and deadly justice to her kidnappers.
