Millionaire Kailashnaths son Avinash is a spoilt & drunkard man. He and his friend Nagoba do all sorts of bad things. Nagoba also takes advantage of innocent girls, rapes them and sells them at the market. Avinash falls in love with a girl Madhuri, but Madhuri dislikes him and slaps him and because of it Nagoba insults Avinash and slaps him too.
